About the Role

Our Adult Day Health (ADH) program is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and support to adult participants in a structured daytime setting. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who prefer a stable day schedule without overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance

Monitor participant safety throughout the day

Measure and record vital signs

Report changes in condition to RN

Assist with group activities and engagement

Complete accurate documentation

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts CNA certification

Current CPR certification

Ability to lift/transfer participants safely

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Experience in ADH, long-term care
