    Job Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring basic health needs, and promoting safety, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, dependable, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

    This position requires availability for day and weekend shifts.

    Responsibilities

    Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

    Support mobility needs, including transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices

    Monitor and document vital signs as assigned

    Observe and report changes in physical condition, behavior, or mood to nursing staff

    Assist with meals, monitor food and fluid intake, and provide feeding assistance when needed

    Support individuals with therapeutic activities as directed by nursing or clinical staff

    Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment

    Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures at all times

    Collaborate effectively with nurses, mental health professionals, and other team members

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation per agency policy

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED

    Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Minnesota

    Current First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

    Basic computer and documentation skills

    Ability to follow health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
