    Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic home healthcare team.     Responsibilities

    Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary

    Monitor and record vital signs accurately while maintaining strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques

    Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments in memory or behavioral health settings

    Support patients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs by implementing personalized care plans

    Maintain patient safety by following HIPAA guidelines and ensuring confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information

    Requirements

    Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing

    A strong desire to provide faith based compassionate care

    Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including Level I Trauma Centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings

    Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and basic life support (BLS) certification is highly desirable

    Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or complex medical needs including dementia and infectious disease care

    Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to support patients across pediatric to geriatric populations

    Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
