Responsibilities: • Convey relevant patient data and information to supervising nurse, family members, and other facility staff as needed • Provide carefully documented patient information in charts for multiple vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen level • Sanitize and clean patient’s room by rotating sheets, bedpans, and performing general room cleaning • Assist patients with regular exercise as needed to maintain physical health and mobility level • Give patient support with basic care daily living activities bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, eating regular meals, and taking proper medication dosages Qualifications: • Be able to use computer database and software programs to accurately record patient history • The ability to administer catheters and enemas is desired, but not required • Job seekers must possess a high school diploma or equivalent such as GED • Excellent communication skills that focus on creating and maintaining positive relationships between patient and families • Must have completed the state-approved CNA training program and received CNA certification from a community college, vocational school, or medical facility Compensation: $16 - $20
