Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Wilmington, NC

Atlantic Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA II) for a fast-paced outpatient clinic in Wilmington, NC. This role provides direct patient care and clinical support while working closely with providers to ensure excellent patient experience and smooth clinic flow.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Assist providers during patient visits and procedures
• Room patients and obtain/document vital signs
• Prepare and clean exam rooms and equipment
• Perform approved in-house testing and specimen collection (as trained)
• Support patient flow, phone triage, and EMR documentation
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
• Provide backup support to front desk and clinical staff as needed

Requirements for the Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Active CNA II certification (NC Board of Nursing, in good standing)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, multitasking, and patient care skills
• EMR experience preferred

Schedule & Pay for the Certified Nursing Assistant:

• $15–$20/hour
• Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
