    Part-Time Home Care CNA Needed in the Andover and Surrounding Communities. Day hours available between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday. Join Our Compassionate Caregiving Team at BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover!

    Service Areas Include: Andover, Blaine, Ham Lake, Lino Lakes, Circle Pines, & Cedar

    BrightStar CNA Job Responsibilities:

    Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).

    Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.

    Report Client Condition Changes

    Follow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation.

    Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.

    BrightStar CNA Qualifications:

    Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

    If you are an HHA (no CNA), A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings is required

    A Valid Driver's License (Permits not accepted) with clear driving record.

    Must be at least 18 yrs. or older

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience preferred

    Able to travel within our covering territories (as listed in post)

    Empathy for the needs of the client

    A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude
