About the Role:
CareNest Solution LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies
Requirements:
Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
Strong understanding of patient rights, dignity, and person-centered care
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs safely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
