Position Summary We are seeking compassionate dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and support to clients in their home under the CCSP program. The CNA plays a vital role in promoting the client's independence, dignity, and overall well-being through hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support)

Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry as outlined in their service plan.

Monitor and record client health status, including changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition, and report to the supervisor promptly.

Support clients with prescribed exercises, transfers, and safe ambulation.

Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client quality of life.

Maintain accurate daily service records and documentation as required by CCSP guidelines.

Adhere to all DCH, CCSP and Cherished Hearts policies regarding confidentiality, safety, and client rights.

Qualifications

Must hold an active Georgia CNA certification in good standing.

Current TB test and CPR/First Aid certification required

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.

Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality with strong communication skills.

Schedule

4 days a week @ 4 hours

11am - 2 pm
