Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Magnolia Congregate Living (6-bed facility) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Shifts Available)

Magnolia Congregate Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse or supervisor

Assist with repositioning and pressure injury prevention

Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Document care provided in accordance with facility policies

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Current and active CNA certification

Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)

Experience in long-term care, congregate living, or skilled nursing (preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate, patient, and reliable
