Job Title: PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: McLean, VA 22101 Setting: Assisted Living & Memory Care Pay Rate: $25/hour

Position Type: PRN (As Needed)

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in a welcoming Assisted Living and Memory Care community in McLean, VA. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about supporting seniors and providing person-centered care to residents with varying levels of need, including those living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning

Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration

Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition

Engage residents in social interaction and meaningful activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Follow care plans and communicate effectively with nursing staff

Qualifications

Active Virginia CNA certification (required)

Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred

Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care

Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed

Strong communication and teamwork skills
