Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality non-medical in-home care including:
• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene support) • Safe mobility and transfer assistance • Continence and toileting support • Meal preparation and feeding assistance • Medication reminders • Dementia and Alzheimer’s behavioral support and redirection • Fall prevention and safety monitoring • Companionship and emotional support • Observation and reporting of client condition changes • Light housekeeping related to client care • Accurate daily documentation and communication with clinical leadership

CNA Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
• Active Indiana CNA Certification • Current CPR Certification • Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray • Valid Government-Issued Identification • Reliable Transportation • Ability to pass required background screenings • Strong communication and professionalism • Genuine compassion and commitment to client dignity and safety
