Position Overview: As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and companionship to clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities may include assistance with daily living activities, mobility support, companionship, and ensuring client safety and comfort.

We are looking for caring and reliable CNAs or Home Health Aides who are passionate about supporting individuals with: • Hospice care needs • Dementia and memory care challenges • Developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises

Medication reminders

Light housekeeping related to client care

Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Skills

Experience in hospice care or familiarity with end-of-life support services is preferred.

Strong understanding of patient care principles, particularly for those with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients with mobility challenges.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients.

Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Requirements

Ability to commute within Indianapolis, IN

Availability for short-notice or last-minute shifts

Willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed
