What You'll Do:

Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Support mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises

Monitor and report food intake and vital signs

Provide companionship and emotional support

Maintain a safe, clean environment

Accurately document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)

Communicate changes in client condition to nursing staff

Follow HIPAA regulations and safety protocols

Requirements:

Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)

First Aid and CPR Certified

Basic Life Support certification (preferred)

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Ability to safely lift and support clients

Comfortable using mobile apps or electronic health records

Kind, dependable and patient

Experience in home care, nursing homes, ICU, or hospice care settings is a plus.
