Responsibilities
As a CNA, you may assist clients with:
Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Safe transfers and ambulation assistance
Medication reminders
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping and laundry
Companionship and engaging conversation
Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
Monitoring changes in client condition and reporting concerns
Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
Maintaining accurate care documentation
Qualifications
Current Tennessee CNA certification or experience
Current CPR certification if available
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift and assist clients safely
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Excellent communication skills
Experience with dementia care is a plus but not required
