    Ellis House LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home care team in Clinton, MD.     Responsibilities:

    Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance

    Monitor and record patient vital signs, health status, and changes in condition

    Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety

    Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs

    Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients

    Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members regarding patient care

    Provide companionship and emotional support to promote patient well-being

    Requirements:

    Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Maryland

    Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred

    Strong knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and personal care procedures

    Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Clinton, MD area

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills

    Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with a client-first attitude

    Ability to pass a background check and meet all state home care requirements
