Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• • Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan
• • Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs
• • Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Active CNA license in Iowa

• Education

Entry Level (0-2 years)

• Experience

High School Diploma/GED
