CNA Responsibilities

Duties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan.

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Personal care, hygiene, and dressing

Incontinence and toileting care

Safe transfers and mobility assistance

Observe and report changes in client condition

Medication reminders (non-administrative)

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Accurate care documentation

Required Qualifications

Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license

Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray

Reliable transportation and ability to travel

Professional, compassionate bedside manner

Work Location Care is provided in clients’ homes
