Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.

Help with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Document patient care activities and report any concerns to the supervisor.

Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Georgia.

Experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.
