About the Role:

London Lodge Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our caring team in Cambridge, WI. Responsibilities:

Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols

Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, mental, and emotional condition to nursing staff

Support residents with meals, feeding assistance, and hydration needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents

Document care activities accurately in resident records per facility guidelines

Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow care team members

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in Wisconsin or experience as a Personal Care Worker, however no experience is necessary

Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals

Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining resident dignity and respect

Willingness to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed
