    About the Role:

    London Lodge Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Cambridge, WI.     Responsibilities:

    Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

    Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques

    Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in resident condition to nursing staff

    Support residents during mealtimes, assisting with feeding as needed

    Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents

    Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests with empathy and professionalism

    Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes

    Requirements:

    Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin

    Previous experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living facility preferred

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude

    Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and assisting with resident transfers

    CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
