Help with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and moving around

Support residents with toileting, incontinence care, and oral hygiene

Track and report changes in health or behavior to the nurse on duty

Set up rooms, beds, and personal spaces before and after resident transfers

Transport residents in wheelchairs and assist with walking

Encourage residents to join activities and maintain mobility

Reinforce physical therapy exercises (like Range of Motion routines)

Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Document care tasks and report accidents or unusual behavior

Take part in fire drills, emergency procedures, and staff meetings

    What You'll Need:

    Active California CNA certification

    Current BLS or CPR certification

    High school diploma or GED

6+ months of California CNA experience in acute or long-term care

Must pass a physical exam and TB test or chest X-ray before starting

    DOJ fingerprint clearance required

Comfortable speaking and understanding English; bilingual is a plus

    What to Expect:

Work on your feet most of the day—walking, lifting, bending, and standing

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (updated Aug 7th)

You'll work in a mix of private apartments, meeting rooms, and office spaces

Emotional resilience is a must—this role can be physically and mentally demanding
