The Surgical Technician will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons during operations, ensuring that the operating room is prepared and maintained for surgical procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as hospitals and Level II trauma centers.

Charting System: Required, Epic
Skills
Proficient in analyzing situations quickly and effectively.
Knowledge of hospital medicine, including ICU and emergency medicine protocols.
Familiarity with acute care environments and Level II trauma center operations.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to surgical procedures.
Solid knowledge of physiology to assist in patient monitoring during surgery.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team in high-stress situations.
Excellent communication skills to interact with medical staff and patients.
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)
