The Role We Want You For
A Certified Payroll Compliance Coordinator is primarily responsible for LCP Tracker for Clayco compliance requirements. This role will require knowledge of certified payroll rules and policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thorough, and able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and subcontracting partners and effectively communicate policies, procedures, and reporting.
The Specifics of the Role
LCP Tracker
- Set up projects requiring certified payrolls in LCP Tracker.
- Contact subcontractors for company information for LCP Tracker.
- Add subcontractors in LCP Tracker for projects.
- Monitor LCP Tracker reports for subcontractor issues.
- Answer subcontractor questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely and complete reporting.
- Maintain organized records of payroll documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Help monitor progress against business enterprise class goals and escalate concerns where needed.
Textura
- Set up certified payroll compliance in Textura on jobs requiring LCP Tracker.
- Weekly updates in Textura for subs who are compliant in LCP Tracker.
JD Edwards
- Update the Subcontractor Log for LCP Tracker noncompliance.
Requirements
- Construction certified payroll experience preferred, but not required.
- LCP Tracker experience preferred, but not required.
- The ability to function effectively in a highly entrepreneurial environment, both as a team player and independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with weekly deadlines.
- Must be very detail oriented and able to organize and prioritize work.
