Our dynamic outpatient Behavioral Health clinic in the heart of St. Paul is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) to empower individuals on their recovery paths. This unique hybrid role offers the opportunity to connect with clients both within our supportive treatment facility and in the community, providing vital assistance and support.

As a CPRS, you will:

Utilize your lived experience and recovery expertise to provide empathetic peer support, mentorship, and encouragement to clients.

Guide and assist clients in navigating essential application processes for resources such as Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT), stable housing, meaningful employment opportunities, and obtaining identification.

Provide safe and reliable transportation in a company vehicle to crucial appointments, including court appearances, probation meetings, and facilitating transitions post-incarceration.

Support clients in accessing basic needs by accompanying them to food shelves and clothing stores when necessary.

Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive and person-centered care.
