Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Montgomery, NY Tentative Start Date: May 5, 2026 Schedule: 4–5 days per week

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Personal Care Aide to provide support for an individual in their home. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

This is an at‑will position, and we are open to discussing which specific days and shifts you are available within the weekly schedule.

Personal Care Assistant responsibilities include:

Bathing assistance and hygiene

Walking and mobility assistance

Transfer and posture positioning

Continence and toileting care

Oral hygiene

Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

Certified PCA through New York State

Previous caregiving experience (preferred)

A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others

A commitment to being present and providing quality care

Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect

Ability to carry out directions, both verbal and written

Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
