Responsibilities:
Deliver 1-on-1 or small-group in-home personal training sessions
Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
Track client progress and adjust programming to support their goals
Communicate proactively to ensure exceptional client retention and satisfaction
Provide education on proper techniques, motivation, and accountability during every session
Conduct reassessments regularly
Maintain accurate schedules and notes in the GYMGUYZ system
Participate in field marketing events or outreach as assigned
Attend monthly team meetings and contribute to a culture of feedback and growth
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Nationally accredited personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM)
CPR/AED certification
Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps and basic mobile scheduling tools)
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Adaptable and open to giving and receiving feedback
Availability to build toward a full-time client load over time
