About the Role

GYMGUYZ is revolutionizing the fitness industry as the leading in-home personal training company. We’re seeking motivated, relationship-oriented trainers to join our growing team. If you’re a dynamic coach who feels limited in a traditional gym setting, this is your chance to grow, gain independence, and make a deeper impact in clients’ lives.

We’re especially looking for trainers who excel at: • Making clients feel comfortable and supported • Building trust and long-term rapport • Communicating clearly and compassionately • Encouraging clients of all fitness levels

Responsibilities

Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of all fitness levels

Create personalized exercise programs tailored to each client’s needs and preferences

Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support

Educate clients on proper technique and healthy lifestyle habits

Monitor and track client progress and conduct reassessments

Participate in field marketing

Drive to and from client locations across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and Garden City

Maintain appointments in scheduling app

Attend monthly team meetings

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, etc.)

CPR/AED certification

Experience in fitness sales preferred

Strong understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition

Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and work flexible hours

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Collaborative, compassionate, and professional coaching style
