Personal Trainer – Innovative Health Fitness (Franklin, WI) Innovative Health Fitness is seeking a full-time, self‑motivated, personable Personal Trainer to join our team of professional experts. As a Personal Trainer, you will work under the Wellness Director to design and deliver safe, effective, and personalized exercise programs - and be available to also instruct our Innov8 classes, and/or Aqua Training. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Motivate clients and members to improve overall health and fitness • Provide members with equipment orientations, fitness consultations, and evaluations • Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends • Schedule and conduct sessions based on clients' availability • Develop individual exercise programs based on the client’s abilities, health, status, and goals • Maintain accurate, current records on all client exercise programs and progress • Interact with members and answer questions regarding equipment and exercise as needed • Enforce club policies • Assist in the development, implementation, and marketing of club programs and events inside and outside the club Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS and MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old • Minimum 1-year Personal Training experience • A degree or background in kinesiology, exercise science, health and human performance, nutrition, exercise physiology, or a related field is preferred • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (ex, ACE, ACSM, NASM) • Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification or will obtain within 30 days of hire Compensation: $15 - $35 hourly
