About the Role:

Join Powerhouse Gym in Linden, NJ as a Certified Personal Trainer and help clients achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate fitness professionals who can inspire and motivate members to lead healthier lives. Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.

Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress regularly.

Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes to enhance overall wellness.

Lead engaging and effective training sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings.

Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for all members.

Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices to provide top-notch service.

Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

Promote gym services and programs to encourage member participation.

Requirements:

Current certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA).

At least 1-2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.

Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.

Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.

CPR/AED certification is preferred.

Passion for fitness and commitment to continuous professional development.

Flexible schedule to accommodate client availability, including evenings and weekends.
