A large managed care company is looking to fill a 7 Month Pharmacy Tech Contract to Hire position in Charlotte, NC, 28217

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr (Paid weekly)

Work Hours: The shift will be Sunday-Thursday 3p-11:30p EST with occasional Saturday shifts 6a-2:30p

Is overtime or weekend work a requirement? Yes, there is intermittent MOT and a weekend rotation is required

Start Date: 5/12/25 (ASAP)

End Date: December 31st, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Process and fill prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification

• Some packing and shipping of completed prescription orders to patients

• Maintain drug inventory and automated dispensing units

• Replenish workstation supplies for filling prescriptions as needed (includes vials, caps, labels, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• NC pharmacy technician license and National certification required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any pharmacy technician experience will suffice. Self-motivated, fast paced worker.

Team: 21 Pharmacy Techs lead by 1 supervisor
