    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Property Manager to support our business development efforts in Michigan and Washington. This unique role combines traditional property management responsibilities with a strong focus on supporting business development, sales operations, investor communications, and client satisfaction.

    Position Overview:

    As a Certified Property Manager, you will act as a key liaison between our operations team and prospective investors. You’ll manage residential rental properties while also supporting the sales team with property data, client updates, and coordination needed to close investment opportunities efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Building relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate developers

    Offering consultative services to attract new clients

    Demonstrating expertise to retain and upsell current clients

    Improving property performance

    Spearheading market expansion opportunities

    Managing operational efficiency and standardized processes

    Networking and industry involvement with prospective and current clients

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in property management, preferably with exposure to investment real estate

    Familiarity with sales processes or experience supporting a sales team is a strong plus

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with investor or client-facing updates

    Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) and CRM tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot)

    Strong working knowledge of the Michigan and/or Washington residential and commercial markets

    High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

    Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

    Certified Property Management designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
