Mid-Size Tax Law Firm seeks an Experienced CPA or Enrolled Agent to handle tax issues, advise clients, and prepare Complex Personal and Complex Business Tax Returns. This position is for someone with in depth experience who will be the Team Lead of the Tax Department who will oversee, review, and sign off on Tax Returns. Leadership skills are necessary for this position.

This position in located in Las Vegas, NV and is not remote. You are required to work "in-office".

Requirements:

Your experience must include at least 3-5 years of experience with preparing both Complex Personal and Complex Business Tax Returns. You must have experience preparing 1040, 1120, 1120s and 1065 returns to be considered for this position.

Duties will include:

· Tax Preparation including 1040, 1120, 1120s and 1065 returns (must have experience) · Tax Compliance and Reporting · IRS negotiations · Audit preparation and support · Serving as a trusted advisor to our clients on financial matters
