Position Overview

This entry-level CPA role is ideal for a newly licensed professional ready to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment. You’ll support financial operations across all three companies, gaining hands-on, real-world experience. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a supportive team while contributing to the financial health of multiple successful businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day accounting functions for all business entities

Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Prepare and review basic tax filings under supervision

Analyze financial information to identify trends or discrepancies

Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making

Maintain organized and accurate documentation across all companies

Participate in process improvements and internal control enhancements

Qualifications

Active CPA license required (no exceptions)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong understanding of GAAP principles

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple tasks across different business types

Positive attitude and interest in working within a family-oriented environment
