    The Position: Our Client is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their dental anesthesia team in Lexington, Kentucky. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

    Requirements

    • Active Kentucky CRNA License
    • Master’s Or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Anesthesia from An Accredited Program
    • Board Certification by the NBCRNA
    • BLS & ACLS Certification (Required)
    • Experience In Dental or Outpatient Surgical Anesthesia Is a Plus But Not Required
    • Strong Ability to Work Autonomously and Adapt to A Dental Surgery Setting
    • Excellent Communication and Patient-Care Skills

    Responsibilities

    • 2-3 Days Per Week (No Weekends, No Holidays)
    • Provide Anesthesia Services for Dental and Oral Surgery Procedures
    • Conduct Pre-Operative Patient Evaluations, Assess Medical History, And Develop Individualized Anesthesia Plans
    • Administer IV Sedation and General Anesthesia Safely and Effectively
    • Monitor Patient Vitals and Adjust Anesthesia Levels as Needed During Procedures
    • Ensure Smooth Post-Operative Recovery and Provide Patient Education on Anesthesia Effects
    • Maintain Compliance with State and Federal Anesthesia Regulations
    • Collaborate Closely with Dentists, Oral Surgeons, And Support Staff to Ensure Optimal Patient Outcomes
