We're looking for skilled, reliable technicians to perform water damage restoration work in our Tullahoma, TN service area.

What You'll Do:

• Execute restoration work following Restoration 1 standards and quality processes
• Communicate clearly with project leaders and team members
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Attend ongoing training and pursue IICRC certifications

What We're Looking For: ✓ IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification (or willingness to obtain) ✓ Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly ✓ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license ✓ Strong attention to detail and customer focus ✓ Team player with a positive attitude ✓ Willingness to learn and improve
