Job Summary:
The Certified Sheetmetal Helper supports field operations by assisting mechanics with the positioning, alignment, and assembly of sheet metal systems and related components. This role involves handling tools and materials, aiding in layout and installation tasks, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The Helper is expected to anticipate the needs of the mechanic, ensure proper use and storage of equipment, and perform routine duties that contribute to overall project efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn, while consistently adhering to company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations. Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor and elevated conditions are essential.
