Certified Site Surveillance Technicians (CSSTs) and Certified Asbestos Consultants (CACs)
A growing Southern California environmental consulting firm is building out its first in house field team across the LA, Orange County, and Riverside markets, and is hiring both Certified Site Surveillance Technicians (CSSTs) and a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC). • Active California Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) or Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) certification
• Willing and able to travel daily throughout the LA / Orange County / Riverside area for field assignments

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct asbestos, lead based paint, and mold surveys and sampling
• Perform air monitoring, final clearance sampling, and indoor air quality (IAQ) investigations
• Collect bulk, air, and dust wipe samples and prepare field notes, chain of custody forms, and sample documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and project managers
• For CAC track candidates: review technical reports, lead project kickoff meetings, provide client consultation, and oversee more complex abatement projects
