About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions to promote recovery.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote social interaction.

Educate clients and families about mental health and recovery resources.

Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid CSAC certification and relevant licensure.

Experience in mental health or addiction counseling preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
