• Shift: 6:15 AM – 2:15 PM (end time may vary based on cases)

• Hours: 8-hour shifts

• Shifts per week: 4

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekdays only)

• Guaranteed hours: 16 hours/week

Facility Overview

Hyde Park Surgery Center is a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center specializing in orthopedic and ENT procedures. We are seeking a highly skilled CST who thrives in an efficient, high-expectation environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in orthopedic and ENT surgical procedures

• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control standards

• Support 15-minute or less room turnovers alongside nursing staff

• Assist with case setup, breakdown, and instrument handling

• Participate in ancillary duties as needed, including:

  • Instrument washing in decontamination

  • Pulling cases and supporting daily operations

• Adapt to add-on cases (schedule finalized between 3:00–4:00 PM daily)

Turnovers are managed by the nurse and tech — no orderlies available.

Candidate Expectations

• Must be available Monday–Friday

• Flexibility with daily schedule changes

• Strong time-management and teamwork skills

• Ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume ASC environment
