    About the Role

    Surgical technologists are essential members of surgical teams across all Munson Healthcare hospitals. This role demands exceptional clinical judgment, critical thinking, precision, and robust interpersonal skills. As part of the operating room team, you will collaborate with various specialty surgeons, their physician assistants, and advanced practice registered nurses, all dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care in a fast-paced setting.

    A Day in the Life

    • Prepare operating room for incoming surgeries, whilst keeping a sterile environment
    • Prepare patients for their procedures, hand surgeons instruments upon request
    • Stock supplies as needed and prepare the operating room
    • Stock inventory of supplies and maintain files and records of procedures

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Graduation of an approved Surgical Technology Training Program
      • OR Licensed Practical Nurse with previous scrub experience
    • BCLS Required
    • Surgical Technologist Certification (C.S.T. / N.C.C.T.)
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and passionate about patient care
