Certified Welding & Coating Inspector@ Jeannette, PA (1099 Contractor)
Job Responsibilities:
This is a non-inspection expediting assignment under the Amiral Project – PKG#1 (Mixed Feed Cracker).
The scope involves overseeing the progress of four YR Turbine units, ensuring timely production and delivery by the vendor. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring production milestones and providing weekly status update.
Coordinating closely with the main vendorand the receiving site
Identifying any delays or issues in the schedule and proactively proposing solutions
Acting as a liaison between EETC and the client to facilitate communication and resolve bottlenecks
Attending regular site meetings and maintaining accurate records of correspondence and status updates.
Industry Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on expediting experience, ideally in large-scale industrial or energy sector projects involving turbines, rotating equipment, or heavy mechanical components.
Oil & Gas, Heavy Machinery, or Power Generation; experience with international (especially Japanese) vendors is a plus.
Preferred Certifications or Experience with:
ASME Authorized Inspector (AI, AIA) – Especially for pressure vessels, piping, and mechanical equipment in oil & gas
API Certifications (e.g., API 510, 570, 653)
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
NACE/AMPP Coating Inspector Certifications (Level 1–3)
ARAMCO certification a plus (but not mandatory)
Job type: 1099 contract
Project Duration: End of April 2025; Approximately 3 months (until end of July 2025) NOTE: in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies. However, right now the Project needs - short term (specifications not shared by client)
Shift Hours: May vary with a maximum of 8 hrs. on site during regular business hours (Mon-Fri)
Ability to commute to Jeannette, PA 15644, USA. (and other PA areas after current Project completion in future)
