Job Description

MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR – To work with the sales team, clients, customers, and leadership to facilitate sales and marketing activities of our innovative and cutting edge head-to-toe protective and performance equipment for football, baseball, lacrosse, and hockey.

Certor Sports has some of the most iconic performance and sports brands in the country, including Schutt and VICIS, whose helmets are currently ranked first by both the NFL and Virginia Tech University’s Helmet Lab.  Other brands include ProGear, Tucci, Hollywood Bases and Adams USA.  Our state-of-the-art R&D department is a leader as we design and innovate the next generation of protective equipment and sporting goods.  This included our fully licensed collectibles. 

OBJECTIVES:

• Provide support for our field sales representatives by providing them with requested materials, sending product samples, and ensuring they have everything needed to be successful.
• Follow-up with sales reps, ensuring they have the correct information, products, and support material.
• Be the center of organization for the entire sales process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional Communication and organization skills.
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized with changes.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience working in a Sales and Marketing department is a plus.
