SUMMARY:
The In-House Recruiter/HR Asst. reports to the Human Resources Manager and will deliver full life-cycle recruiting. The person in this position will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals and fill project requirements. He(She) is the public face of the company during the recruiting process, so must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process. The Recruiter maintains awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, recruitment standards and techniques.
The In-House Recruiter/HR Asst. will consult and work with hiring managers to identify and recruit potential candidates. The recruiter will develop a comprehensive understanding of Cevians organization, its long term resource strategies and culture. The recruiter will identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria. He(she) will proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by researching candidates using various tools including directly contacting possible candidates or others that might be able to refer candidates, posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs. The recruiter evaluates applications, reviews resumes, have candidate performs skill or psychometric testing, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool. The recruiter makes recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
The recruiter is actively involved in insuring on-boarding process is executed per plan and monitor integration and performance of new talents.
