We are seeking a talented and experienced SAS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAS programming and data analysis, along with excellent problem-solving skills. This position is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work from both our McLean, VA and Dallas, Texas offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights from large datasets using SAS.
SAS Programming: Develop, test, and maintain SAS programs for data processing, transformation, and reporting.
Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources and formats to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
Report Generation: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data-driven insights.
Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and quality through validation and data cleansing processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Documentation: Document SAS code, data processes, and analysis results for reference and compliance.
Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a SAS Developer, with a minimum of [X] years in SAS programming and data analysis.
Proficiency in SAS software, including SAS Base, SAS Macros, and SAS Enterprise Guide.
Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
