Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Service Associate to join our successful team. If you have fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you.

As a Service Associate, you will help our location achieve its goals by delivering best in class customer service. You will be responsible for setting up appointments, greeting customers, and taking customers through the checkout procedure , while successfully working with your team members to achieve the locations goals.

Training, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience.

Responsibilities

Set up appointments on the phone and in person

Effectively understand customer requests

Clearly communicate promise times

Help manage the daily schedule

Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease

Answer customer questions about their service requests & needs

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Prior customer service experience is preferred

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage time and serve customers
