We are seeking a CFO to participate in the launch of Chachingo.com!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. Duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
• Participate in the company's strategy and direction
• Discuss company financials and roadmap with potential investors

• CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Well-rounded and innovative with a solid, proven track record of accomplishments in finance
• Must be a results-oriented, take-charge, hands-on leader
• Highly professional, excellent communicator, approachable, skilled at developing and leading teams, be committed to total quality, and passionate about the business
• Adept at financial analysis
• Ability to think strategically, be a pro-active problem solver, interpret financial performance through effective controls and metrics and drive a business to commercial success
• Extensive knowledge and experience with e-commerce
• University degree in business, commerce or finance. Professional accounting designation -- CA, CGA, CMA
• 5+ years’ experience working in finance/accounting in a high volume environment
