    Chainalytics is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis/Business Analyst. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses and KPI reporting to senior executives and sales/business development, including sales pipeline metrics, key account reporting, employee utilization, pricing, and capacity modeling
    • Deliver analyses/reports and complete certain processes as part of the monthly financial closing process, including exchange rates, data transfers between systems, committed revenue tracking, etc.
    • Support quarterly/monthly executive team and board meetings with analyses/reports and creating corresponding slideware
    • Provide analyses/reports for bi-annual variable compensation process
    • Provide analyses/reports for annual budgeting process
    • Provide analyses/reports for internal town halls and creating corresponding slideware
    • Serve as Workday Adaptive Planning system administrator, including user management/training; committed revenue management; and reporting
    • Serve as CRM system administrator, including user management/training; notification management; client, contact, and opportunity data management; reporting; and sales pipeline mapping with other systems
    • Assist CFO with compliance, risk management and corporate governance and M&A activities

    Desired qualifications include:

    • 1 to 3 years of related experience, preferably within a professional services or software environment
    • Previous experience with CRM/ERP systems and financial planning/consolidation analytical tools (Workday Adaptive Planning preferred).
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, etc.).
    • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
    • A customer service mindset, demonstrated business acumen, and keen problem-solving ability
    • Demonstrated ability to present financial information clearly and accurately
