    Job Description

    Administrative Assistant - Accounting & HR Generalist

    Bay Area Restaurant group with restaurants in Emeryville, Oakland, San Francisco, and Mill Valley is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a Part-time basis.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?

    Payroll & Human Resources

    • Onboarding oversight of all Properties
    • Payroll Execution using Paylocity Biweekly
    • Payroll Record Filing, W-2, W-3, 941 & DE6 record keeping
    • New Hire File audits

    Accounting

    • Assist with A/P processing as needed
    • Other projects as needed
    • Filing

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business, or a relevant field preferred
    • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
    • 2+ years of experience processing payroll, including timecard management
    • Experience using Paylocity strongly preferred, other platforms acceptable
    • Experience with restaurants/restaurant accounting nice to have
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Aptitude in problem-solving
