Administrative Assistant - Accounting & HR Generalist
Bay Area Restaurant group with restaurants in Emeryville, Oakland, San Francisco, and Mill Valley is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a Part-time basis.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?
Payroll & Human Resources
- Onboarding oversight of all Properties
- Payroll Execution using Paylocity Biweekly
- Payroll Record Filing, W-2, W-3, 941 & DE6 record keeping
- New Hire File audits
Accounting
- Assist with A/P processing as needed
- Other projects as needed
- Filing
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business, or a relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
- 2+ years of experience processing payroll, including timecard management
- Experience using Paylocity strongly preferred, other platforms acceptable
- Experience with restaurants/restaurant accounting nice to have
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
