Job Description
Our Challenge Course / Recreation Guide assists with the daily operations of the High Ropes Course, facilitating a safe and one-of-a-kind guest experience. As well as guiding kayak and paddleboarding tours on the reservoir.
The key responsibilities for this position are:
Pay $14.50 - 16 / hour

Qualifications
Physical Fitness
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, stand for extended periods, and have good balance and coordination.
Technical Skills
Thorough understanding of safety procedures, equipment operation, and rescue techniques.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills to provide clear instructions and effectively interact with participants.
Leadership Abilities
Confidence in leading groups, making decisions in high-pressure situations, and managing participant behavior.
Customer Service Focus
Ability to provide a positive and supportive experience for all participants.
