    Who are Challenger Sports?

    They are the nation’s leading provider of youth soccer services in the country and have been involved in this industry for over 30 years. They cover all aspects of the sport from Camps, Club Training, Virtual Training, International Tours, Tournaments, Apparel, and our preschool-age programs TinyTykes.

    TinyTykes is an innovative, fun, high-energy program, created by childcare specialists that introduce children aged 2-5 years to the basic skills of soccer. We use fundamental soccer activities, games & stories to develop their skills in the following areas:

    Balance & agility, technical, gross motor skills, physical development, social skills, self-confidence, communication, and teamwork.

    Tiny Tykes Program Manager

    This role will focus on selling & developing our TinyTykes programs throughout the selected locations around the country where we have identified significant growth potential. In addition, you will also include general admin & scheduling tasks along with coaching sessions as you build the business up.

    Direct objectives for the positions would include:

    · Staff management: hire/ train & support all staff to fulfill your programs.

    · Sales Meetings: set up meetings with schools/ soccer clubs, Park & Recs, and YMCAs to sell TT programs.

    · Marketing Support: putting together all the appropriate marketing material to promote the programs.

    · Communication: to all parents and client points of contact within our registration programs.

    · Scheduling: You would be required to schedule and staff all programs.

    · Coaching: deliver sessions to children

    Compensation

    It is a hybrid compensation structure based on the hours coached and a very lucrative commission structure.

    A good candidate should potentially be making upwards of $40,000 after year one with unlimited growth potential beyond there.

    Location

    Work from home with online and in-person support provided

    Requirements

    Must have experience working with children aged 2-5 years old

    Must have your own TRANSPORT.

    All staff must pass a rigorous background check.

    Ideally have experience in some form of program management.
